Okay, so I KNOW what comes out of a drain when a person uses Zip-It. I’m a bit jaded, what can I say. But this is a doozy. Not just what Zip-It yanks out, but all the stuff that comes after.
You want to know why your drains are running slow? Watch this (good stuff at 1:20):

This is the worst ad I’ve ever seen. I’ve fished hair out of numerous drains; it does not smell bad, and the satisfaction of unclogging the drain is immense. Rather than highlighting the so-called disgusting nature, you should emphasize the great improvement in water flow after using the product. This is a case of an ostensibly good product in need of a good ad writer.

Alan,
Thank you for your comment. I feel that it should be pointed out that the videos on this site are not advertisements, but videos sent in from actual customers pulling out actual clogs. Their reactions are their own. We feel fortunate enough to have customers passionate enough to share with us their experiences.
I agree that the benefits of the use of Zip-It far outweigh the so-called disgusting nature of the task, and that any smell that is present is far better than the smell of chemical drain cleaners. But, alas, a person’s first response is usually of surprise and gross out. I know mine was. Unfortunately I didn’t have the foresight to capture it on camera.

I love/hate these videos, but have to confess that I got out this morning and bought three after watching the ads, one each for me and both of my sons-in-law!
What I love most about this particular video is that the lady didn’t even remove her very nice white blouse nor her rings and watch!
